Hi I'm Kathy and I love everything about food. I love looking at it, talking about it, planning menus, shopping for the ingredients, dreaming up recipes, prepping and chopping, taking pics of it, finding great ways to cook it, serve it...you get the idea.My passion for cooking and baking started when I was very young and I always appreciated the details that went into every meal, from the preparations, to the table settings, to the conversations around the table. To me cooking and serving good food, made with clean and fresh ingredients, is the loveliest thing you can do for your family and friends and done right makes for extraordinary experiences.I have created all seventy of the recipes in this cookbook to be easy to read and the pictures make you want to cook and eat the food right away. The ingredients are listed clearly and the steps are simple. The book is approachable with recipes that are part of wonderful menus offering lots of options. The twelve amazing themed menus are shared according to the seasons because I find myself to be a seasonal cook. Using fresh ingredients whenever possible and looking for what is available at specific times of year ensures that is when it will be the freshest and least expensive. Enjoying good meals with family and friends while laughing, contemplating life, and solving world problems is always a good idea.
