Her daughter, Christy Anna Rose, was riding in the car when she heard it for the first time. What happened next became part of this book’s heartbeat. Christy Anna Rose began to see visions—angels filling the sky, children singing all over the world, songbirds circling in celebration. She saw children receiving courage, joy, and even slippers from heaven as they felt wrapped in love again. Her imagination opened a window into what this song could become.In the years that followed, Christy Anna Rose wrote a play—Aurora the Songbird—a story about children who were born with beautiful colors but slowly turned gray. Only one little girl, Aurora, kept her colors. Her courage helped the other children find their colors again, and soon even the grownups began to shine.
