From Emmental Switzerland, Swiss immigrants brought their cheemaking skills to Wisconsin. Our Swiss today is the best available. Once the cheese has properly aged we smoke it in our custom cold smoker giving this a mild smokey flavor while keepping the sweet, nut-like flavor typical for Swiss cheese. Sold as a whole loaf. Loaf size is approximately 7 pounds, but because this is a natural cheese, the weight will vary slightly.
