Almost all parts are present, but as replacements, the two blue pillars in photo 8 are light blue, and the parts for the two holes on the left side in photo 10 are missing, with only half of one present.
The appearance from the front looks the same as in photo 9.
I don't think there are any other missing or substitute parts.
Also, the orange part in photo 11 is extra.
