This high-performance pilot operated lock valve is engineered for precise hydraulic control in demanding applications. With a robust flow capacity of 30 GPM and operating pressure of 3000 PSI, it effectively locks cylinders in position when the directional control valve is neutral. The valve features two valve ports and two cylinder ports with SAE #8 connections, accommodating versatile system integration. Its double pilot-operated check valve design prevents unwanted reverse flow with a 4:1 pilot ratio. The steel body construction and hardened steel seat and ball ensure durability in challenging conditions. When in operation, pressurized oil flows through one cylinder port, causing the pilot spool to shift and open the corresponding check valve, allowing return flow through the opposite side. Note that this valve is not recommended for applications requiring absolute zero leakage.
